To strengthen our team at the location in Unterschleißheim (near Munich), we are looking for a part-time (28hrs) SCM Coordinator (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

YOUR NEW TASKS

Join our international team and contribute to efficient and compliant supply chain operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
 
Trade Expertise: You understand the fundamentals of INCOTERMS, commodity codes, and shipping documentation, ensuring accurate and timely processes.

Import and Customs Management: You are familiar with import procedures and customs declarations, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Technical Proficiency: You have experience with SAP or are eager to develop your skills in its use for supply chain operations.You are adept at using MS Office tools for organizational, reporting, and communication purposes.

Strong Communication Skills: You effectively convey information to colleagues and external partners, fostering clear and professional interactions.

Team-Oriented Approach: You thrive in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and a positive workplace culture.

YOUR PROFILE

Your Qualifications: You have an educational background in international trade, supply chain, or a related field, and possess foundational knowledge of trade regulations and procedures.

Your Experience: 
You bring relevant exposure to import and customs processes and are keen to expand your expertise. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage but not essential. You communicate fluently in English, ensuring effective collaboration in a global context.

Your Work Style: 
You are proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn. You excel in both independent and collaborative settings, displaying flexibility and a positive attitude.
