To strengthen our Engineering Team at our location in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are looking for an engaged Working Student Industrial IoT - Test Automation (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Contribute to setting up and extending the test systems, tools, methods, and DevOps processes
- Introduce new test infrastructure and develop tools for setting up and managing automated test environment
- Collaborate with engineering teams, understand the objectives of the test, and provide solutions through test automation
- Develop automation for continuously monitoring the FOTA feature and current consumption of battery powered devices
- Analyze automation test results/reports and coordinate with the development team to ensure that fixed defects are properly retested
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or a Master student of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related studies
- Working knowledge in Python
- Passion for learning new technologies
- You enjoy automating manual and repetitive tasks
- You bring a maker mindset and follow it through to realize the concept into a stable, reliable and scalable solution
- Inquisitive mindset and an abundant curiosity to venture into the unknown
- Hands-on experience working with Arduino or similar prototyping platform
- Knowledge of test methodologies, creating test cases is a plus
- Know-how on dev-ops and CI/CD system such as GitLab is valuable
- Familiarity with the concepts such as ATDD/BDD is beneficial
- Exposure to embedded firmware development is an added advantage
- A very good command of English
- Availability for 1 year minimum, 20 hours per week, working on site
