To strengthen our team at the location in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are looking for a Fuction Owner Display (f / m / d):


  • Discuss and where necessary negotiate given requirements and specifications with the customer
  • Requirement fulfilment tracking and management Track the development of the display product on different sites in the Alps Alpine organization
  • Verify requirement fulfilment by examining test reports. Present results to the customer
    Participate and support in technical presentations and workshops with customers during the quotation- and development phase
  • Securing that the panel is compatible with the hardware architecture
    Verifying that the optical design and touch performance is in line with the customer expectation
  • Procurement support in selection of display components
    Support product teardowns and competitor analysis and other benchmarking activities
  • Support strategy development
  • Organize optical measurement


  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in optics, electrical engineering, applied physics or similar
  • Knowledge of photometry and colorimetry and experience of optical measurements
    Solid understanding of the operating principles and typical implementation of LCD and OLED
  • Basic understanding of contemporary touch sensing technologies
  • Previous experience from display engineering and display product development in the automotive market
  • Coordination and linking of Sub-suppliers
  • Experience in usage and improvement of IATF 16949 processes
  • Capability and interest to work in international teams with different cultural codes
  • Good communication skills in English language, both written and spoken and good presentation skills
