To strengthen our team at our location in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are looking for a Deployment Engineer IoT (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Understand the customer’s needs, their eco-system and have a deep knowledge of solutions
- Prepare for, manage, and execute onsite and remote installation and training with new and existing customers
- Lead the work to develop KPI’s together with the team and customer
- Monitoring of deployment with focus on KPI’s fulfilment and performance
- Keep track on infrastructure and provider availabilities and roaming statistics
- Follow best practices in issue resolution, managing customer expectations and delivery of solutions on complex network environments
- Work in synergy with the technical team to meet the relevant KPIs
- Provide R&D and technical insight, customer support feedback from the field
- Design and develop tools to optimize deployment and customer support
- Discuss, plan and evaluate back-end solutions based on customers needs with the concerned internal and external teams and partners
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT or electronic engineering with focus on IoT and cellular network implementation or related fields
- Several years of experience working in global companies and with global customers
- Experience with different aspects of IoT functionality, such as connectivity, security, provisioning, device management, data ingestion, real-time processing, analytics, edge and end devices
- Knowledge of communication standards and associated platforms e.g. SIGFOX, NB-IoT, LORA, Cellular, Bluetooth, Mesh networks
- Advanced Knowledge of network-based communications (IP, DNS, subnetting, Active Directory) and the configuration of hardened IT systems incuding cross-network traffic (VPN, multiple subdomains, etc.), switch configurations and remote storage
- Understanding of low power hardware designs and MEMS including knowing their capabilities as well limits
- Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills (e.g. doing document technical solutions & architectures in English)
- Strong technical attitude to learn software tools and other technologies
- Ability to technically train various sized groups, especially customers
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Class B driver's license
