To strengthen our team at the location in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are looking for an Analysis Engineer (f / m / d):


  • Perform first analysis of defective units for 0 km and warranty issues, both electronic and basic mechanical knowledge required
  • Liaise with Product Analysis departments on failure analysis, associated root causes and countermeasures
  • Generate customer reports / presentations and support meetings
  • Maintaining reports and records for the analyzed products
  • Manage the laboratory for analysis and the testing of the units
  • Supporting OEM Quality Engineers, Warranty Engineers and Resident Engineers with verification of faulty products and reporting
  • Supporting QA with preparing temporary / permanent countermeasures
  • Supporting SQA in preparation / acceptance of claim reports
  • Development of basic analysis methods and equipment in cooperation with the development engineering
  • Verification of supplier reports in case required
  • Supporting the log analysis (Trace creation), verification of reports


  • B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Electronics fault-finding knowledge and basic Mechanical fault-finding experience
  • Automotive Electronics knowledge and basic understanding of Automotive Standards
  • Analytical thinking and attention to details
  • Good communication (English mandatory, German would be a plus) and presentation skills
  • Willingness for continuous learning
